Adding the Step-up on Chair to your routine is a fantastic way to build stronger, more defined legs anywhere. This movement directly targets your glutes and quads using just your body weight, placing full focus on your balance and muscular control. By stepping up with intention and controlling the descent, you challenge each leg independently while building resilience in your knees and hips. Over time, you will notice increased lower body firmness, enhanced single-leg stability in your everyday movements, and a solid foundation that helps you progress toward more challenging leg workouts seamlessly.
1. Place one foot on a firm chair or stable bench. 2. Push upward by extending the supporting leg until you are completely upright. 3. Pause for a moment at the top, maintaining balance. 4. Lower with control and alternate legs.

- Ensure the chair or bench is stable before stepping up. - Push with the heel of the foot that is on the chair. - Keep your torso upright during the entire movement.
