It might feel intimidating at first, but once you master the split jump to box, the feeling of controlling your movement is unmatched. Using just your bodyweight, you target your glutes and quadriceps intensely without needing to lift heavy plates. The magic happens in the explosive power of your takeoff and how smoothly you absorb the impact when landing with bent knees. Achieving a stable, soft landing on every single rep is the ultimate proof that your form is on point. Feel your legs firing up with every alternating stride and embrace that solid burn as you finish each set with total authority. You will build effortless rhythm, athletic coordination, and true confidence right on the gym floor.
1. Stand in front of the box with feet hip-width apart, core firm, and gaze forward. 2. Propel yourself into a scissor-like jump, bringing one leg forward and the other back to generate power. 3. Land on the box with both knees bent and hold stability for one second. 4. Lower with control and return to the starting position to repeat, alternating the leading leg.

- Choose a box height that is challenging but safe for your level. - Land softly with both legs at the same time. - Keep your core firm during the jump and landing.
