1. Stand tall with a dumbbell in each hand at your sides, feet hip-width apart. 2. Take a controlled step forward with your right leg and lower your hips until both knees are bent at 90 degrees, with your back knee hovering above the floor. 3. Pause at the bottom of the lunge. 4. Press through your right heel to push off and bring your left leg forward to meet it, standing tall and ready for the next rep with the opposite leg.






- Keep your torso upright and your front knee tracking over your ankle. - Drive through the heel of your front foot to push off and step forward. - Avoid bringing your back foot to meet your front foot; keep it moving. - Maintain a stable core to prevent any side-to-side swaying.
