Male
The Standing Air Bike is a dynamic bodyweight exercise where you can truly feel your core firing up with every single rep. When you lock in a great set, you feel your abs and obliques squeeze powerfully as your torso rotates, seamlessly connecting upper and lower body movement without sacrificing your balance. True confidence in this technique comes from pacing yourself, feeling a deep, controlled muscular burn in your midsection rather than relying on momentum or straining your neck. Finishing a solid set leaves you with that crisp sensation of absolute core engagement, knowing you built real functional stability and control through pure movement precision.
1. Stand tall with feet shoulder-width apart and hands up in a guard position. 2. Drive your right knee up towards your chest while twisting your torso to the right. 3. Pause at the top of the movement. 4. Lower your right leg and repeat the motion with your left leg, alternating in a continuous cycling motion.

- Drive your knee up to waist height or higher. - Twist your torso in the same direction as your knee to engage the obliques. - Maintain a steady, rhythmic alternating motion. - Keep your core tight to stabilize your upper body.
