1. Lie on your right side with legs stacked and knees slightly bent. 2. Place your left arm behind your head. 3. Lift your left elbow upward, contracting the oblique as you exhale. 4. Return controllably to the starting position as you inhale.




- Focus on contracting the oblique when lifting the elbow, not on pulling your neck. - Perform the movement slowly and controllably to maximize effectiveness. - Keep your legs stable and stacked to isolate the work on the obliques.
