1. Attach a single handle to a low pulley, stand facing the machine, and grasp the handle with your right hand, letting it hang in front of your thigh. 2. Keeping your arm straight and your core tight, raise the handle forward and upward until it reaches shoulder height. 3. Pause at the top of the movement, squeezing your front deltoid. 4. Slowly and with control, lower the handle back to the starting position in front of your thigh.

- Keep your arm straight, but do not lock out your elbow to maintain tension. - Raise the handle to shoulder height only; going higher shifts the focus to your traps. - Avoid using momentum; keep the movement slow and controlled, especially on the descent. - Keep your core tight and don't lean back to assist the lift.
