1. Stand sideways next to a low pulley and grip a handle with the hand opposite to the side where you are standing. 2. Elevate your arm laterally to shoulder height, maintaining a slight bend in your elbow. 3. Exhale during the elevation, feeling the contraction in your lateral deltoid. 4. Lower in a controlled manner to the starting position and repeat before changing arms.





- Maintain a slight bend in your knees for greater stability. - Focus on elevating your elbow, not your hand. - Control the descent to work the eccentric phase.
