Dumbbell Incline One Arm Lateral Raise

How to do it

1. Lie on your side on an inclined bench, supporting your lower shoulder on the bench. 2. Hold a dumbbell with your upper arm extended and aligned with your body. 3. Elevate the dumbbell in a lateral arc until your arm is perpendicular to the floor. 4. Lower in a controlled manner to the starting position and repeat before changing sides.

Tips

- Keep your lower shoulder firmly supported on the bench to stabilize your torso. - Elevate the dumbbell with your elbow slightly bent, not with your wrist. - Control the descent to take advantage of the eccentric phase and increase effectiveness.
