Mastering the L-Sit on Floor completely transforms your athletic stability using nothing more than your own bodyweight. This challenging hold intensely engages your abdomen and quadriceps, building severe core compression strength and body control that transfers directly into almost any sport performance. The ability to suspend your body off the ground while keeping high tension across your midsection gives you solid hip control and incredible overall posture. If you want to carry over raw gym strength into explosive sprint performance or gymnastics skills, the isometric stability and muscular tension you gain from this movement are truly unmatched.
1. Sit on the floor with legs extended and hands at your sides. 2. Lift your torso by pressing with your palms to lift your hips off the floor. 3. Keep your legs straight, forming an "L," and hold the posture for one or two seconds. 4. Lower with control, maintaining core activation at all times.

- Press with your palms against the floor to elevate your torso. - Keep your legs straight and together. - If you cannot lift your hips, start with bent knees.
