1. Place a handle on the lowest part of a pulley and stand sideways to it. 2. Grip the handle with the opposite hand and keep your back straight with feet shoulder-width apart. 3. Lift your arm out to the side until it is at shoulder height as you exhale. 4. Slowly lower your arm to the starting position as you inhale and repeat on the other side.





- Maintain a slight bend in your elbow throughout the movement to protect the joint. - Lift your arm only to shoulder height to avoid compensations. - Control the descent to maintain tension in the middle deltoid.
