How to do it
1. Stand with your torso upright, holding weights at your sides with palms facing you. 2. Lift the weights out to the sides with a slight elbow bend until your arms are parallel to the floor. 3. Hold the top position briefly as you exhale. 4. Slowly lower the weights to the starting position.
