1. Stand with your back and neck aligned, feet shoulder-width apart. 2. Hold dumbbells with your arms hanging at your sides, palms facing forward. 3. Elevate the dumbbells laterally in an arc until your arms pass parallel to the floor. 4. Lower in a controlled manner to the starting position and repeat.





- Keep your palms facing down during the entire elevation to emphasize the middle deltoid. - Elevate your arms until they are slightly above parallel to the floor. - Do not use momentum; lift the dumbbells with control.
