Male
1. Start in a side plank position on your right forearm, with your body forming a straight line from head to heels. 2. Bring your top (left) knee towards your left elbow by crunching your obliques, while keeping your hips stable. 3. Pause at the peak of the crunch, feeling a contraction in your left oblique. 4. Extend your left leg back to the starting side plank position.

- Maintain a strong, stable side plank; do not let your hips drop. - Bring your knee and elbow together by crunching your side, not just by moving your limbs. - Squeeze your obliques at the top of the crunch. - Control the return to the starting plank position.
