Kettlebell Goblet Squat Jump

How to do it

1. Stand with your feet wider than your shoulders and hold a kettlebell at shoulder height. 2. Inhale and perform a deep squat until your calves touch your lower legs. 3. Use your elbows to open your knees and hold the position for a moment. 4. Exhale and rise to the starting position, pushing from your heels and repeating the movement.

Tips

- Keep the kettlebell close to your chest during the entire movement. - Your back should remain straight during the squat. - Push from your heels when rising, not from your toes.
