Adding the Flexion Leg Sit-up straight arm to your training plan will unlock incredible core stability that you will notice almost immediately. This exercise relies purely on your bodyweight to demand an intense, coordinated effort between your abdomen, obliques, and quadriceps. By lifting your torso while raising an extended leg, you are not just strengthening your deep abdominal wall, but also boosting hip flexibility and balance. The clear benefit you will feel in the gym is a significantly stronger midsection capable of supporting heavy movements with ease. Including this challenge consistently will lead to a defined core, improved torso control, and a much more athletic posture every single day.
1. Lie on your back with legs extended and arms straight overhead. 2. Bend your right knee 45 degrees, keeping your left leg extended. 3. Lean your torso forward and lift the extended leg, trying to touch it with your hands. 4. Lower your leg and torso to the starting position and alternate legs.

- Keep the extended leg as straight as possible during the bend. - Try to touch your toes with your hands, but without forcing. - Alternate legs controllably, keeping your core active.
