The Seated Twist straight arm is a highly versatile bodyweight movement that excels depending on where you place it in your session. If you perform it during your warmup, it gently activates your core and prepares your obliques and abs for heavier lifts while opening up rotational mobility in your torso. On the other hand, if you place it at the end of your workout as a high-rep finisher, it will burn out your obliques with minimal joint stress. You do not need equipment, just sit on the floor, keep your posture tall, and control each rotation.
1. Sit on the floor with your back straight and legs extended. 2. Rotate your torso to the left, trying to touch your left foot with your right hand. 3. Return to the center and rotate to the right, trying to touch your right foot with your left hand. 4. Alternate twists, keeping the movement controlled.

- Rotate from your waist, keeping your hips as stable as possible. - Try to touch the opposite foot, but without forcing the stretch. - Maintain a constant and controlled rhythm during the rotations.
