Tackling the V-Up Down with Stability ball challenges your core control to a whole new level. As you perform the movement, you instantly feel your abdomen and obliques engage intensely to manage and transfer the stability ball smoothly back and forth. A great set feels remarkably focused: your abdomen stays under constant tension while your obliques lock in to keep your torso stable without swinging. Experiencing that deep, rhythmic burn throughout your midsection gives you absolute confidence in your movement patterns, reassuring you that your technique is sharp and that every muscle in your midsection is working in total harmony.
1. Lie on your back holding the ball between your hands or feet. 2. Simultaneously lift your legs and torso to transfer the ball. 3. Hold for a moment in the elevated position without losing alignment. 4. Lower with control and repeat, alternating the delivery of the ball.

- Keep your legs and arms as straight as possible. - Transfer the ball from hands to feet (or vice versa) at the top. - Control the descent.
